BodyRock May 30 Day Fitness Challenge [Day 1]

Hey everyone!

So, I came across BodyRock.tv when I was trying to find reviews on BeachBody’s Brazil Butt Lift workout that I purchased a few months ago. I’ve been trying to find a fast and effective workout that I can do at home. the May 30 day challenge caught my eye and I started right away! I went on with the beginner level because it has been such a long time since I’ve really worked out. I had a baby 7 months ago and have yet to exercise. All I can say is, I’m sick of my belly and my jiggly ass and thighs. I really need to push myself this time and I think that this BodyRock 30 day challenge will definitely help me get back in shape. Nobody wants to be too tired to hang out with their kids. I will be blogging everyday with my progress. I will also be posting my meals every day starting tomorrow, along with some recipes for everyone to try.

BEGINNER LEVEL

BodyRock Burn Fit Test:

3 sets, 50 seconds each and 10 second rest in between.

Squats: 21, 15, 18
Push-ups: 10, 8, 6
Tricep Dips: 6, 3, 4
Sit-ups: 8, 10, 7

Do not push yourself too far, do what you can. The whole point of this challenge is to improve.

BodyRock Flow Fit Test:

Pose 1: Downward Dog – 5 sets of breaths
Pose 2: Pigeon – 5 sets of breaths
Pose 3: Dangling – 2 minutes
Pose 4: Standing Back Bend – 2 minutes

Always remember to breathe in and out. And the longer you could hold the pose, the better. But if you start to feel pain, just stop and move onto the next pose!
